- Traffic acquisition through various advertising platforms
- Conversion-optimized funnels and advertorials
- Campaign management and optimization
- Performance reporting and analytics
3. Partnership Terms
3.1 Eligibility
To partner with Quant-C, you must be a legitimate business with proper licensing and authorizations for your industry. We work exclusively with direct advertisers.
3.2 Agreement
Specific partnership terms, including pricing, lead volumes, and payment terms, will be outlined in a separate partnership agreement between Quant-C and the Client.
3.3 Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to advertising regulations, data protection laws, and consumer protection requirements.
4. Lead Quality and Delivery
- We strive to deliver high-quality, validated leads that meet agreed-upon criteria.
- Lead quality standards and acceptance criteria will be defined in the partnership agreement.
- Disputes regarding lead quality must be reported within the timeframe specified in the agreement.
- We reserve the right to reject campaigns that violate platform policies or legal requirements.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual partnership agreements.
- All fees are due within the payment period specified in your agreement.
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension.
- Pricing may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the exclusive property of Quant-C unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including but not limited to business strategies, pricing structures, campaign data, and client information. This obligation survives termination of any partnership.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Quant-C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific results or conversion rates from our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quant-C, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content or materials you provide to us
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice as specified in the partnership agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due.
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
- We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration as a final resort
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any partnership agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quant-C regarding the subject matter herein.
